My name is Ella Holloran. I play for the 2006 GA IMG Academy team. I play the 6 but also extremely comfortable with playing the 8 and 10 where I can use my attacking mindset. I have started every game and also played every minute. I am not naturally left footed; however, both my feet are equally capable in any situation on the field.
Before coming to IMG, I lived in Massachusetts where I played for NEFC, FC Stars and Aztec. At both NEFC and Aztec I double rostered, and played a huge role on both teams, where I was the leading scorer as the number 9. I had been a captain on my NEFC team from the ages of 7-13. At NEFC, I was called up to ID training. Soon I realized I had to pursue my growing love and passion for the game, and decided IMG was the place for me. My strive and compassion for the game is rare.
Since being at IMG, I was able to be a part of the first GA Talent ID Southeast conference. There, I was exposed to USYNT scouts. I am fortunate to be a captain of my team, voted on by my teammates and coach. I was also a captain in the fall season. The responsibility and accountability that comes with the role is something that has only made me a better player and person. My team finished 1st in the u15 Southeast Conference, with a record of a 12-1-2, with 44 goals for and 10 against- including tournament games.
Nationally we are ranked 3rd, and 9th by Top Drawer Soccer. Being a defensive mid, my strengths are also scoring, as I can score from outside the 18 comfortably. In 12 games, I had 11 goals and 6 assists. Being a major player maker, but also getting stuck in on major tackles are only a couple strengths of mine I could bring to your team.
